PRESSLIFY

Terms of use

Transparent. Clear. Directly accessible.

Scope

Presslify provides a portal for press releases. These rules apply to use and submissions. Statutory rights remain unaffected. Registration does not guarantee publication, audience size, search rankings or media coverage.

Account and access

Provide accurate details, confirm your email and protect your password. Submit content only for organisations you are authorised to represent. Access may be restricted following assessment of apparent abuse.

Content and usage rights

You remain responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of your content and must hold the rights and authority required for publication. You grant Presslify a non-exclusive, worldwide right to make submitted content publicly accessible on this portal and format it technically. Copyright remains with its owners. Third-party reuse depends on applicable rights and legal permissions.

Prohibited submissions

Unlawful, misleading, discriminatory or privacy-infringing content, spam, malware and third-party personal data without a legal basis are prohibited. Advertising must be recognisable. Substantiate material claims and distinguish opinions from facts.

Review, corrections and complaints

Submissions are reviewed before approval. Presslify may request clarification, reject submissions or restrict content where there are substantiated grounds. Send reports, correction requests and complaints with the exact URL and reasons to kontakt@presslify.com. Where legally required and contact details are available, affected parties receive reasons and may ask for reconsideration.

Charges and availability

This portal currently offers submission without online payment. Any paid additional service requires a separate transparent agreement. Uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed. Statutory liability provisions apply.
